London Type Foundry Font Licensing
London Type fonts are all available to licence for immediate download via this site. Simply click the ‘Buy Now’ button on any font page and you’ll be presented with licensing options for desktop, web, app & ePub usage.
If you’re purchasing on someone else’s behalf that’s not a problem but please ensure you add the Licensee’s details in the relevant section after you’ve completed your billing info. Prices quoted are one-off fees for perpetual usage.
Contact us directly if you’d like a quote for a flexible Corporate or Enterprise Licence which bundles multiple options together in one Agreement; these licences provide cost-effective solutions for larger organisations who may need to bolt on additional options such as servers, digital ads and coverage for 3rd parties working on their behalf such as agencies.
Desktop Licence
Install fonts on your Mac or PC:
Select the desktop licence option if you’re installing our OpenType fonts on a computer in order to use in software applications for office or design use. Select the required number of devices from the menu and proceed to checkout.
A desktop licence covers printing and embedding in PDFs which aren’t sold. Pay once for perpetual use.
Static images such as jpegs that are created under a desktop licence can be uploaded to websites.
Web Licence
Embed fonts on your
website:
Licence and download in WOFF & WOFF2 formats to embed into your website as dynamic webfonts. You don’t need a web licence if you’re just placing static images (jpeg, png, webP etc) containing our fonts into web pages; in that instance a standard desktop licence will suffice.
Licence prices are determined by the average monthly pageviews your website generates, not the number of individual visitors; select the appropriate licence band. Listed prices are one-off prices, not annual ones. You pay once per domain for perpetual use, with subdomains and language variants included.
Pricing for larger sites exceeding 10M monthly pageviews is available on request; contact us for a quote.
App Licence
Embed fonts in your digital App:
Licence fonts to be embedded into a digital app developed for mobile or tablet use. App licences are multi platform and priced per title for perpetual use.
ePub Licence
Embed fonts in electronic publications:
Select the ePub licence option if you're looking to embed a London Type font into commercial PDFs or electronic publications such as eBooks or magazines that will be sold to customers or subscribers. Priced per number of titles.
Other Licences
Non-standard font licensing:
Other licences for gaming, digital ads, merchandise, SaaS delivery models, broadcast & embedding into hardware products etc are available on demand. Get in touch should you need a quote for any of these or your organisation requires a more extensive Corporate Licence incorporating several options listed above in a single flexible Agreement.
